Telephone coaching
Telephone coaching will create a space where we can step back and consider your life from a different perspective.
During each 40 minute telephone conversation, we will spend some time listing the areas where you feel stuck, and deciding what we'd like to focus on. I will ask you the right questions to help you to get to the heart of your dilemma, and together we will find creative solutions and agree actions.
If you'd like to have an initial conversation before you decide, I offer a free 20 minute taster session. You can then book a single gift session for a friend or for yourself to deal with a discrete issue, or we could work in an ongoing way, with one or two conversations a month to keep your garden watered.
As well as having a UK landline I am also available on Skype for a video call, or for a web chat.
