Email
coaching will create a space where we can step back and consider your
life from a different perspective.
You will begin by filling in a questionnaire, and writing about the areas where you feel stuck. I will then reply with an email coaching report, with my reflections, some musings and questions, and some suggestions. You will then decide on a list of goals and do some more writing so I can send a further report. Over time I will ask you the right questions to help you to get to the heart of your dilemma, and together we will find creative solutions and agree actions.
I offer a free taster coaching report to help you decide. We can then work in an ongoing way, with two or four reports a month to keep your garden watered.
