About Fiona

I am a coach, an author and a therapist in private practice, living near the Malvern hills in Worcestershire, the UK.

I hold a coaching diploma with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, and I'm a BACP Accredited therapist. I am currently undergoing a psychotherapy training in Buddhist psychology at the Amida Trust. My career before becoming self-employed was in both the private and charity sector.

My third novel Thaw is out now, and my first two novels The Letters and The Blue Handbag are also published by Snowbooks. I blog about being a writer at Planting Words. I write a daily snippet of poetry at a small stone, and collect other people's small stones at a handful of stones.

I'm interested in growing things, existential phenomonology, Pureland Buddhism, paying attention, other people's stories, being outside, social media, banoffee pie, Russian, words, and watching long-tailed tits.
