Booking a first appointment
We will meet
for a first session to explore your reasons for coming and to decide
whether or not we'd like to work together. There is no
commitment to continue past the first session if you decide that
counselling is not for you.
I work on
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - get in touch to find out what
slots I currently have available. Free evening slots tend to
come up less often.

The first
counselling session is charged at the usual fee (£42).
