Booking a first appointment

We will meet for a first session to explore your reasons for coming, and to decide whether or not you'd like to have some more sessions. There is no commitment to continue past the first session if you decide that counselling is not for you.

The first counselling session is charged at the usual fee (£42), and is payable by cash or cheque.
